Under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"), Koozmo Medya (Pınar Arda), as the data controller, hereby informs you of the following regarding the processing of your personal data.

1. Data Controller

2. Personal Data Processed

Identity and contact information (name, email, phone), transaction and customer transaction data (order, reservation), business information and technical data (IP, device/browser, log records).

3. Purposes of Processing

Providing and managing the service, carrying out contractual processes, security and fraud prevention, fulfilling legal obligations, and (with your explicit consent) analytics/marketing activities.

4. Legal Basis for Processing

Your data is processed on the legal grounds of the establishment/performance of a contract, legal obligation and legitimate interest under KVKK Art. 5/2; and, for cases such as analytics/marketing, on the basis of your explicit consent (KVKK Art. 5/1).

5. Method of Collection

Your personal data is collected electronically through the website, mobile interfaces, forms and automated systems.

6. Transfer

To the extent required by the service, your data may be transferred to payment institutions, infrastructure/hosting and analytics service providers, and to legally authorized institutions and organizations, within the framework of KVKK Art. 8 and 9.

7. Your Rights under KVKK Art. 11

• to learn whether your personal data is being processed,
• to request information if the data has been processed,
• to learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used in accordance with that purpose,
• to request correction if processed incompletely or inaccurately,
• to request deletion or destruction,
• to request notification of third parties to whom the data has been transferred,
• to claim compensation in the event that you suffer damage.

You can send requests regarding your rights to support@zipoo.net. Your applications are concluded within 30 days at the latest.

In the event of any discrepancy between the different language versions of this document, the Turkish version shall prevail.
