Distance Sales Agreement

1. Parties and Subject

This agreement is established electronically between Koozmo Medya (Pınar Arda) ("Service Provider") on one side and the user purchasing a subscription/service via zipoo.net ("Buyer") on the other side, under the following conditions.

2. Service Subject to the Contract

The subject of the contract is the provision of the digital software/subscription service for the plan selected by the Buyer on zipoo.net. The characteristics, duration and fee of the service are specified on the purchase page; this contract is deemed accepted upon payment confirmation.

3. Fee and Payment

The plan fee is the amount shown on the relevant page at the time of purchase (whether VAT is included or excluded is indicated there). Payments are collected through the infrastructure of the contracted payment institution (PayTR); card information is not stored by the Service Provider.

4. Auto-renewal

If the buyer confirms "auto-renewal" during purchase, the subscription will automatically renew at the same fee at the end of the subscription period and will be charged to the registered card. The buyer can stop the renewal by canceling the subscription before the renewal date.

5. Delivery of Service (Performance)

The service is digital; upon confirmation of payment, the relevant plan features are immediately activated in the Recipient's account. Physical delivery or shipping is not applicable.

6. Right of Withdrawal

In digital content/services, the right of withdrawal may expire by law once the service performance has started. The conditions for withdrawal, cancellation, and refund are detailed on the Cancellation and Refund Conditions page.

7. Obligations of the Parties

• The Service Provider is obliged to provide the service defined in the plan.
• The buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the account and payment information.
• The buyer is obliged to use the service in accordance with the laws and this contract.

8. Dispute Resolution

In disputes arising from this contract, Türkiye Cumhuriyeti laws shall apply; applications within the scope of consumer legislation may be made before the relevant Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts.
