These Terms of Use govern the use of the zipoo.net platform provided by Koozmo Medya (Pınar Arda) ("Zipoo"). By using the platform, you are deemed to have accepted these terms.

1. Description of the Service

Zipoo is a software platform that provides businesses with a digital menu, QR code, ordering, reservation and related tools, and provides members with the ability to benefit from these services.

2. Account and Responsibility

• You are responsible for the accuracy and confidentiality of your account information.
• You are responsible for all activities carried out under your account.
• Content that is illegal, misleading or infringes the rights of third parties may not be published.

3. Business Obligations

Businesses are themselves responsible for the accuracy of the menus, prices, products and content they publish, and for their compliance with the relevant legislation (food, consumer, tax, etc.). Zipoo does not guarantee the accuracy of this content.

4. Payments and Subscription

Paid plans are offered under the conditions specified on the relevant page. Payments are collected through contracted payment providers. Taxes and refund conditions are subject to the relevant plan and legislation.

5. Intellectual Property

The Zipoo brand, software and design belong to Koozmo Medya (Pınar Arda). Content uploaded by businesses belongs to them; Zipoo is granted the usage rights necessary to provide the service.

6. Service Continuity

We strive to provide the service without interruption; however, temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, updates or technical reasons. The service is provided "as is".

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Zipoo shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

8. Termination

In the event of a breach of these terms, your account may be suspended or closed. You may request the closure of your account at any time.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. The current version is published on this page and takes effect on the date of publication.

10. Governing Law and Contact

In the event of any discrepancy between the different language versions of this document, the Turkish version shall prevail.
